The nomination period for the 2025 Blavatnik National Awards for Young Scientists closed on December 4. Institution nominators should contact the Blavatnik Awards team (blavatnikawards@nyas.org) with any questions.

Please see below important dates for the 2025 Blavatnik National Awards for Young Scientists:

  • October 9, 2024: Nominations open

  • November 13, 2024: Eligibility requests for age-limit exceptions due

  • December 4, 2024:  Nominations close

  • December 18, 2024: Letters of support due by 11:59PM PT

  • Summer 2025: Blavatnik National Awards Laureates and Finalists publicly announced

  • Early Fall 2025: Blavatnik National Awards ceremony in New York City​
